Training Kit:
What to wear:
As always depends on the weather but standard sports top, shorts or jogging bottoms and a good pair of running trainers. For dark evening runs, fluorescent clothing is advised although we do have some fluorescent belts.
Footwear:
As there are so many different types of running trainers it is important that you have the correct type to suit your feet and to prevent injury. A specialist running shop will undertake Gait Analysis to identify the correct shoe. More information about running shops can be found in External Links
Club Kit:
Details of club kit can be found below, however you do not have to purchase the club running kit. Any appropriate training gear will be acceptable.
